HOW DO I COMMISSION A BESPOKE TOY?
If you would like to commission a bespoke toy, please use our contact form and provide us with as much information as possible, including any sketches, artwork, child’s drawings, dimensions, etc.
We’d also like to know your preferences regarding your toys preferred materials, special requirements, and additional features such as embroidered signings, movable limbs, etc.
Once you have submitted your contact form, we will email you to discuss the project in more detail, from which we’ll be able to provide costs and time scales.
HOW ACCURATELY CAN YOU CREATE MY DESIGN?
With great accuracy. We’ll first create a prototype of the commissioned toy, and any changes or modifications you may have can be discussed and agreed upon. We will only complete the final toy when you are satisfied with the prototype.
WHAT SIZE WILL MY TOY BE?
You can choose any size for your commissioned toy, the most popular size is between 20-50cm. We don’t recommend toys smaller than 20cm, and we have no upper limit, within reason of course.
CAN I SEE MY TOY DURING ITS CONSTRUCTION?
Sure, we always work closely with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction. You’ll first see the prototype, but we can provide stage updates during its construction, allowing further modifications and enhancements to be discussed.
CAN YOU DO THE DESIGN TOO?
Yes, we use our own designs for all our standard toys, and we are willing to work with you to design something totally exclusive.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE A BESPOKE TOY?
On average, we need 2-3 weeks to create a bespoke toy, however this can sometimes be longer if special or individual fabrics and materials are required.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
There is no minimum order quantity for our bespoke soft toys, corporate toys or mascots, it can often vary between 1 to 100 toys.
HOW MUCH DO BESPOKE TOYS COST?
All the toys we make to order are different, so costs will vary depending on design, size, materials, features, and special requirements. We’ll provide exact costs following the initial contact form.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS FOR BESPOKE TOYS?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start constructing the prototype, with the remaining 50% due on completion of the toy.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All our invoicing and payments are through PayPal, so all their many banking services are accepted. A direct bank transfer is also acceptable.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship internationally from England.
HOW LONG WILL MY TOY LAST?
All our toys are made to a high standard and any construction defects will be rectified, however, to keep your toy as long-lasting as possible please read the following points:
- Keep the toy away from fire and pets.
- Keep the toy away from children under 3 years old.
- Do not wash the toy in washing machines.
All toys come with a 1-year warranty, excluding courier costs and damage caused by misuse.

WHAT KINDS OF REPAIRS DO YOU DO?
We repair and restore all types of textile dolls and soft toys, new and vintage, plus antique Teddy Bears. Common repairs cover surface cleaning, complete or top-up stuffing, joint replacement, seam repairs, eyes and nose replacement, and full re-covering.
Please note we don’t repair electrical and mechanical toys.
HOW DO I ORDER THE TOY RESTORATION?
If you need a toy restoration/repair, please use our contact form and provide us with as much information as you can, including photos of the toy.
We would also like to know more details about the patient such as size, age, life story, and the reason for repair. It is also useful to receive photos of any major damage, holes, etc.
We’ll contact you as soon as possible to ensure complete clarity of your requirements, before providing estimated costs and repair time scales.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPAIR A TOY?
Usually, it takes around 10-14 days, but sometimes we need more time when the toy has had major damage, or when we need to order special materials.
HOW MUCH DOES THE TOY RESTORATION COST?
It will depend on the toy's condition, please complete the contact form providing us with as much information about the patient and their condition as possible. Photos will assist us in providing an accurate estimate.
