Please read the following terms and conditions before booking your toy in for repair. By accepting our repair estimate you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please do get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Alyona Holdovych, trading as MY OH MY, reserves all intellectual property which arises in the course of provision of the services.

Work on your order (bespoke or corporate toy) will not be commenced until the 50% deposit or purchase order number has been received. Ownership of goods provided remain with MY OH My until the goods are fully paid for.

All MY OH MY products (except toys in stock) are made to order, hence why orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed. 

In cases where a design drawing is sent, this will be the basis for the final product. Changes to the design cannot be made once the customer has approved the final design.

By placing an order with MY OH MY, you warrant that you have all the necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorise MY OH MY to produce the products on your behalf, especially if you order a corporate toy or mascot. You grant MY OH MY the right to copy, modify, use, and create derivative works of any content you have supplied for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Moreover, you warrant that you have sufficient rights to permit MY OH MY to copy, use, modify, and create derivative works of any supplied content for the purpose of fulfilling your order. 

Alyona Holdovych will not be held liable for future legal action, for example, for third-party claims arising from the use of goods supplied. 

Due to the complex process involved in custom-made products and toy restoration, lead times are a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed. For optimum results, customer involvement is required at several points in the process and the speed of decision-making will affect the final lead time. Delivery times are subject to third-party couriers and postal services and cannot be guaranteed by MY OH MY. 

Lead times are subject to change. 

Customers are liable for any customs or import charges for items sent outside the UK.

The toy-making and toy repair booking is only confirmed once you pay a non-refundable 50% deposit.

If a client cancels their booking slot they will not receive a refund of their deposit.

All prices quoted for toy repair by phone or email are provisional until Plush Clinic MY OH MY have seen their toy in person and confirmed the quote.

MY OH MY must be credited in writing if works produced, or footage thereof appears on stage or screen.
